Once the offers are in, Laurels and I will organise all the remaining steps for you through to completion.
Listing
Your property will be professionally photographed and then listed straight away on the leading property websites. Contrary to normal practice, I will be present for the photo shoot to ensure that we present your property to the highest standard.
viewings
I will set specific viewing times with you that work around your schedule and provide all applicants with a really thorough and comprehensive look around the property. As a solo agent, I have the ability to work on any day of the week, uniquely offering Sunday viewings which are convenient for most buyers.
completion
Once the offers are in and you are happy with the result, the Laurels team and I will organise all phases of the process leading to exchange and completion.
